How to Generate Picture PERFect Imagery for Architectural Renderings (Video Tutorial Series)

AMICO Architectural Metal’s Picture PERFect perforated panels can be challenging to visualize in your renderings, and we wanted to create a 3-part tutorial to help you work through that process quickly and easily, using Paragraphic to generate assets you can use in your renderings and feel confident they will closely resemble what will be manufactured in production.

Part 1:  Perforation Background Information and Image Considerations

This video section explains some details of the image considerations and perforation process that will be important to understand when you move to the software.

Part 2:  Using Paragraphic to Create Picture PERFect Perforated Imagery

This video will walk you through the steps in Photoshop and Paragraphic to create a PNG transparency map for your renderings, accurately depicting your design while accounting for manufacturing requirements.

Part 3: Considering Material Color Choice, Background Solutions, and Inverting Images

In this final section, you’ll learn how to visualize your metal color in the context of a dark or light background and how you may need to invert an image to ensure it displays properly.
