Architects designed the Center for Planetary Health to open up to the courtyard with ample common space to bring together students and researchers and facilitate the exchange of ideas. AMICO played a modest role in the project, creating a sunshade that provides a sculpted horizon for visitors to enjoy that also offered the benefit of shade and comfort, allowing people to rest, congregate, and share in the open courtyard, helping achieve the collaboration goals of the ASU team.
