Perforated Metal Architectural Sunshade

The building features a distinct undulating screen that was designed by mapping the annual movement of the sun, which helps to create an optimal shading response. This unique feature gives the building a strong visual identity within the campus context and makes its exterior façade appear animated as it changes in transparency and reflectivity throughout the day. The AIA Inland Award Jury praised this design, stating that it has become a visual icon on campus.
